Lucairleon offers convenient online card payment options for customers in the United States.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Payment approval is subject to authorization by your card issuer and applicable transaction verification.

2. How Payments Work

  • Select the furniture you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and review your items, quantities, shipping address, and order total.
  • Select an available card payment method and enter the required payment information.
  • Submit your order for payment verification and confirmation.

After a successful payment, you will generally receive an order confirmation. Orders with declined payment authorization may not be completed.

3. Product Pricing & Charges

Displayed product prices include applicable taxes.

Shipping charges are as follows:

  • Orders under $90: $8 shipping fee.
  • Orders of $90 or more: Free shipping.

Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. Customers are not required to pay additional customs clearance fees.

Any additional fees charged by your card issuer are determined by the relevant financial institution.

4. Payment Security

We value the security of your payment information and personal privacy and take reasonable measures to protect relevant information.

Please submit payment information only through our website's checkout process. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, or account passwords by email.

5. Failed Payments & Payment Issues

Payments may fail due to incorrect card information, insufficient funds, declined authorization, or transaction verification issues.

If your payment fails, please check your information and try again, or contact your card issuer or our customer support team.

If you notice duplicate charges or other unusual transactions, please contact us for assistance.

6. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled through the standard cancellation process. Eligible items may be returned after delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Canceled orders: Refunds are generally initiated within 1–3 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
  • Returned items: Refunds are generally initiated within 1–3 business days after the returned items are received, inspected, and approved.

These timeframes refer to when refunds are initiated, not when funds will appear in your account. Actual posting times depend on your bank or card issuer.
